Inkqubo

  1. Yenza intlama ye-chillies eluhlaza, ijinja kunye negalikhi. Marine ii-prawns ngale ncam, ityuwa, umgubo obomvu we-chilli, turmeric kunye ne-garam masala.
  2. Gcina ii-prawns eziselwandle ecaleni kwemizuzu engama-30.
  3. Ngoku shushu ioyile epanini. Ixesha layo kunye namaqabunga e-curry. Yongeza iiprawn nge-marinade epanini.
  4. Gcina i-fry imizuzu emi-2-3 kwilangatye elisezantsi. Musa ukuzihombisa kakhulu iiprawn. Lindela nje umbala opinki oluhlaza ukuba unyamalale.
  5. Emva koko yongeza i-tomato puree kwaye udibanise kakuhle. Pheka imizuzu emi-2-3 kwilangatye elisezantsi.
