Inkqubo yokuHlulwa kweMushroom:
1. Sika amakhowa kwiindawo zokuhlala. Hlanganisa nomgubo we-turmeric kwaye ushiye ecaleni.
2. Yenza intlama yamatswele neetshiphusi ezi-3 eziluhlaza. Lungisa i-puree yetamatato ngokwahlukeneyo.
3. Ngoku ke shushu ioyile epanini. Ixesha lokutya kunye nembewu ye-cumin kunye ne-chillies eziluhlaza zahlukaniswe ngesiqingatha.
4. Gcoba i-anyanisi unamathisele kuyo imizuzu emi-3 ukuya kwemi-4 kwidangatye eliphantsi.
5. Xa isincamathelisi sijika sibenombala obugolide, yongeza i-tomato puree kuso. Nciphisa ityuwa kwaye upheke de i-gravy iqale ukuphuma kweoyile.
6. Emva koko uthele ama-mushroom kunye nee-ertyisi kuwo. Yongeza indebe yamanzi. Vala kwaye makupheke imizuzu emi-5.
7. Xa amanzi anciphisa ngo-1/3, gubungela ukhilimu.
8. Pheka imizuzu emi-2 uze udibanise ibhotolo.
