Ukusela amanzi abilayo e-cardamom kunokukunika izibonelelo zempilo ezininzi. Esi siqholo siqhele ukusetyenziswa njengonyango lwezilonda zomlomo, iingxaki zokugaya kunye noxinzelelo.

2. Detoxify:
