Inkqubo
1. Hlamba inkukhu ngokufanelekileyo ngamanzi uze emva koko wome ngetawuli yasekhitshini.
2. Sigaya iiamangile ngobisi kumxube usenze intlama eshinyeneyo.
3. Marinate amaqhekeza enkukhu ngeyogathi, i-chilli powder ebomvu, ityuwa, i-turmeric powder, ijusi yelamuni kunye netyuwa. Ifriji kwaye uyigcine iiyure ezingama-5-6.
4. Emva koko, fudumeza ioyile / ghee epanini kwaye wongeze igqabi le-bay, isinamon, amakhadiyam, ii-clove. Qhotsa umzuzu.
5. Yongeza itswele elisikiweyo kunye neswekile. Saute kwilangatye eliphakathi imizuzu emi-5 ukuya kwengama-6 de amatswele ajike abe mdaka ngegolide.
6. Emva koko faka i-ginger-garlic paste kunye nefry imizuzu emi-2-3.
7. Yongeza amaqhekeza enkukhu epanini kwaye uqiniseke ukuba awugaleli kwi-marinade. Gcina eceleni i-marinade.
8. Saute inkukhu imizuzu esi-7-8.
9. Emva koko faka i-marinade, i-almond paste, ityuwa, i-nutmeg powder, i-garam masala powder kwaye upheke enye imizuzu emi-5.
10. Ngoku kongeza i-waterto pan kwaye udibanise kakuhle.
11. Vala ipani kwaye upheke inkukhu kubushushu obuphantsi kangangemizuzu eli-15 ukuya kwezi-20 kubushushu obuphantsi.
12. Emva kokuba inkukhu iphekwe ngokupheleleyo, cima ilangatye.
13. Yihombise inkukhu ngeeamangile ezicoliweyo kunye namagqabi ecoriander.
