Inkqubo

  1. Geza i-keema ngokufanelekileyo ngamanzi. Marinate nge yogurt, umgubo we-turmeric, umgubo obomvu we-chilli kunye netyuwa. Gcina bucala kangangesiqingatha seyure.
  2. Emva kwesiqingatha seyure, yitshise ioyile epanini kwaye ungeze itswele. Fry malunga nemizuzu emi-4-5 kwilangatye eliphakathi.
  3. Yongeza i-ginger-garlic paste, i-chillies eluhlaza, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, ityuwa kwaye upheke malunga nemizuzu emi-5.
