2. Ngosuku olulandelayo, khupha amanzi kwi-dal uze usile kumxube kunye ne-chillies eluhlaza kunye ne-ginger kwi-paste encinci.

3. Thatha umxube kwisitya, yongeza ityuwa kuyo kwaye uyibethe ngecephe imizuzu emi-2-3.

4. Gcoba isitya ngeoyile encinci kwaye uthele lo mxube kuyo.

5. Beka isitya kwisitya sakho kwaye usipheke malunga nemizuzu emi-5-6. Qinisekisa ukuba umxube awubi nzima kakhulu.
