Inkqubo
- Zilungiselele iinkukhu zetyuwa, umgubo wepepile kunye nejusi yelamuni.
- Sityumza yonke ipepile emnyama (musa ukwenza umgubo).
- Ukufudumeza ioyile epanini kunye nokongeza itswele esisikiweyo. Qhotsa ide ijike ibe mdaka.
- Yongeza i-ginger egayiweyo / egayiweyo, itshilisi eluhlaza kunye namagqabi e curry. Mayipheke ide ivumba eliluhlaza lihambe, malunga nemizuzu engama-3-4.
- Yongeza i-pepper etyumkileyo, i-turmeric powder, i-garam masala, i-fennel powder. Hlanganisa kakuhle. Pheka enye imizuzu emi-2-3.
- Yongeza isoya kunye ne-tomato sauce / ketchup. Hlanganisa kakuhle.
